Gupton Recognized as Top Social Media Adviser in Employee Benefit Adviser Magazine

Cristy Gupton, founder and president of Custom Benefits Solutions in Morganton, NC, was recently recognized as a top social media adviser in the latest edition of Employee Benefit Adviser (EBA) magazine. 

Beginning her career as a healthcare provider, Gupton eventually seized the opportunity to become an employee benefits consultant. She is now the lead benefit adviser of the Opioid Component Committee and a new addition to the Health Rosetta Institute.

In her leading role, Gupton examines fresh initiatives and insights into the ever-growing opioid crisis, particularly among the employer community. Gupton’s main goals revolve around helping Health Rosetta advisers across the nation with both actionable items and strategic benefits design that will reduce the supply and demand for opioids.
